FED:Report finds culture of sexual predation=2

Mr Gyles said this related to a group of senior marine technical (MT) engine room sailors
aboard Success, an oil tanker and supply vessel that replenishes other navy ships at sea.

"A combination of a culture of silence and mutual protection among MT sailors and intimidation
and fear of repercussions on the part of those contemplating complaints against MT sailors
